What needs to be in place when I order my worktops?
For an accurate site survey or templating to take place your base units should be installed and un-moveable. You can contact us before your units have been installed and we can arrange templating or a survey to take place the day after your units are in situ.
How do I start the order process?
The first step should be to give us a call or email us, we can guide you through the process and explain everything in plain english. Once you have contacted us we can provide you with a quote to get the ball rolling.
How can I get a quote?
You can get an immediate online quote which will give you an estimate of the price of your granite worktops. For a final quote you will need to provide us with a detailed kitchen plan or book a site survey.
What is templating and site surveys?
Templating is an older method of making sure your worktops can be cut in the factory and simply fitted into place, we normally use board to lay over your base units to take the template. Site surveys are a newer method, we visit your home to take measurements of your units, we then cut most of the granite in our factory leaving some spare incase of movements in your cabinets, finally we do some final cuts of granite at your premises. Templating has its drawbacks because if there is an error in cutting, or your units move slightly the whole worktop will need to be taken back to the factory for re-cutting. Site survey and cut on site method eliminates this because the final precision cuts are made on site and can accommodate slight changes in your layout The drawback of on-site cutting is that space is needed outside your premises to cut the granite with access to power and water.
How long will it take to get my granite worktops installed?
We aim to fit clients within 5-7 Days or less of first ordering your worktops.
Do I need to leave a deposit?
Yes, because granite is expensive and each worktop is cut bespoke we require a small deposit before manufacturing. This allows us to keep long term costs down and pass the savings onto you. Unlike some other granite worktop suppliers who use the deposit to purchase the granite we have huge stock levels to commence work immediately.
Can I see samples before I order?
If you require any samples please contact us and let us know which colour you would like a sample of. Samples should reach you within 2 Working Days.

Does my kitchen need to be finished before you install the worktops?
Your units should be installed and fitted, worktops are usually one of the final steps in getting your new kitchen fitted. Granite worktops are usually fitted before tiles but may be installed at any stage once your kitchen units are in place.
Do you cut the granite in your factory or on-site?
Depending on the method used (templating or site survey) we do both. This is usually determined by the type of kitchen you have installed. We can advise you which method will be best suited to your needs.
